In the third quarter, revenues are expected to be approximately $180 million and pro forma earnings per share of approximately $.10, with GAAP earnings per share of about $.06. For the fourth quarter, revenues should be approximately $226 million with pro forma earnings per share of about $.54 and GAAP earnings per share of about $.49.

For the full year 2005, we expect revenues of about $725 million, a 2% growth from 2004. Pro forma earnings are anticipated to range between $.55 and $.65. GAAP earnings per share are expected to range between $.36 and $.46.
