Building Research Seminar Adjacent to BE Conference 2005

What : Bentley Systems, Incorporated will host a Building Research Seminar adjacent to BE Conference 2005 ( http://www.be.org ). This free seminar will explore the interface between design and computational theory and architectural and building engineering practice. It will address theoretical issues of geometry, design computation, simulation, and structure with practical examples of parametric design applied to a diverse range of building types.

The seminar will be chaired by Robert Aish, director of research for Bentley Building.

Where : Ballroom IV, adjacent to BE Conference 2005, being held May 8-12 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Maryland

When : Sunday, May 8, 2005, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Breakfast served at 7:30 a.m.)

Why : Attendees will have the opportunity to hear presentations by leading practitioners, theoreticians, and educators from some of the world's finest design firms and educational institutions. They will show how Bentley technologies are being used as a platform for advanced architectural exploration and building engineering.
