Magma Launches ``Magma TechTalks 2005'' For Tues. (Jan 18), Weds. (Feb. 16), Weds. (Mar. 16)

Who :   Magma® Design Automation Inc. launches lunch-time "Magma TechTalks 2005" seminar series for design professionals.

When/What :   Initial topics for the monthly TechTalk series are:

Jan.18, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

"A Comprehensive Solution for Power Management and Power Minimization"

Feb. 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

"Fast and Predictable Design Closure for Multimillion-Gate Designs"

March 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

"A Unique Clock Tree Synthesis Solution for High-Speed Nanometer Designs"

Because of significant early demand, these sessions are also scheduled to be offered April 20, May 18 and July 20.

Where :   Techmart Meeting Center, Santa Clara.

Who :   The Magma TechTalks 2005 will be hosted by Magma design specialists:

•  Arvind Narayanan on power management

•  Upesh Jain on design closure through prototyping

•  James Harper on clock tree synthesis
