Bentley Institute Announces Star Program

Bentley Systems, Incorporated introduced the Bentley Institute Star Program, which recognizes and tracks the learning achievements of Bentley users.

Bentley users earn one star for every 16 hours spent in Bentley Institute professional training, and can earn up to five stars based on their accumulated Bentley Institute training time. Users with multiple stars will be eligible for rewards provided by Bentley, including exclusive access to training specialists, free training opportunities, special events and discounts at the annual BE Conference, and more. For a complete list of Bentley Institute Star Program rewards, go to http://www.bentley.com/starprogram .

The Bentley Institute Star Program enables all architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals that work with Bentley software to:

•  Track their progress in keeping current on the latest technology and most productive practices

•  Better communicate their increasing value to their organizations

•  Increase the likelihood they'll be assigned to great projects that advance their careers

•  Accumulate credential assets that last a lifetime

Management will find that the Bentley Institute Star Program:

•  Is indispensable as a staffing and organizational development tool

•  Helps assure the best match between projects and staff, including internationally based staff

•  Ultimately helps organizations win the right business, in terms of their qualifications and the project's profitability

•  Provides a high ROI and appreciates over time

Organizations that use an in-house learning management system can synchronize it with the online transcript system. As a result, they can plan and track in one place both the organization's professional development and Bentley Institute training.

All users are encouraged to go to http://www.bentley.com/transcripts to view and verify their personal Bentley Institute transcripts. Each transcript shows the in-person, remote, and self-paced professional training that users have completed, and becomes part of the user's professional credentials. Learning Units are also recorded for each instructor-led session - with one Learning Unit being equal to an hour of Bentley Institute professional training. Online transcripts will also record Learning Units for sessions attended at all BE training events, including the annual BE Conference ( http://www.be.org/ ).
