New release of MicroStation Reference Management Utility Offers Superior Support For Raster Attachments And V7 Level Names
Axiom announced the release of RefManager 5.0a for MicroStation V7. This version of RefManager for V7 incorporates enhancements made during Axiom's implementation of RefManager for V8 as well as a number of V7-specific enhancements and important customer requests. RefManager for V7 veterans will easily locate their favorite commands in the newly revamped user interface. Newcomers will enjoy the easiest to use version of RefManager V7 to date. Using RefManager is the fastest way to manipulate, debug, organize and control your MicroStation reference file attachments.
Due to the user interface consistency between the V7 and V8 versions of RefManager, MicroStation users who are familiar with this new version of RefManager for V7 will also be acquainted with the V8 version - without retraining.
Other new features of RefManager 5.0a include:
• RefManager can now preserve the master file's "last modified" date and time after processing,
• Expanded support for raster attachments,
• Recognizes and handles V7 level names,
• Support for raster attachment file names represented using Universal Naming Convention (UNC),
• Solid reliability resulting from the most rigorous certification process RefManager has ever undergone.
