Agile Named to 'Network World 200' List
Agile Software Corporation announced its inclusion in the 2004 "Network World 200," Network World Magazine's annual ranking of the largest public network companies in North America. The 2004 "Network World 200" ranks public network companies on the basis of revenue during the four quarters of the 2004 fiscal year. The only pure-play PLM supplier on the list, Agile recorded revenues of $112 million for the four fiscal quarters ended January 31, 2005, a 27% increase from the comparable prior year period. The company's record-breaking revenues are a result of increased license and service revenues from new and existing customers across high tech, manufacturing, life science, and consumer packaged goods industries.
Agile's place among the most successful network companies in North America caps a record year for the leading PLM vendor. In addition to record-breaking revenues, the company also introduced Agile Advantage, its PLM solution for small and medium size enterprises; started shipping Agile 9, the latest version of its large enterprise PLM solution; launched a major new product for environmental compliance; and successfully entered the consumer packaged goods vertical market.

Network World has published the Network World 200 list for the past eleven years and gathers financial information from company 10K and 10Q statements filed with the SEC. Collective revenue for the Network World 200 was up 9% from 2003 and the group generated a total of $63 billion in profits.
