MRO Software Names Richard A. Cahill Executive Vice President Of Worldwide Sales
MRO Software, Inc. announced that Richard A. Cahill has been named Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales. Mr. Cahill will report to Chip Drapeau, President & CEO, will serve on the Company's Executive Management Committee, and will be responsible for Worldwide Sales Operations. Mr. Cahill joins the Company from BMC Software, Inc., where he was Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Services for the Service Management Business Unit and was directly responsible for the Remedy and Magic business lines.

"Dick's proven success as an international sales leader will help lead the Company's entry into new markets. Mr. Cahill has over twenty years of experience in Sales, Professional Services and Customer Support. He joins MRO Software directly from BMC where he served in several senior sales and services positions. Prior to his worldwide role, Mr. Cahill was responsible for Remedy's Europe, Middle East and Africa operations and drove that region's significant growth.
Before joining Remedy, Mr. Cahill held senior management positions for Siemens, IBM and ROLM Communications, Inc. and is a graduate of Boston State College and holds a degree in Business Management.
