Empresa Solutions Introduces Kinnosa® Workflow-PDMWorks® Edition at SolidWorks World 2005

Empresa Solutions announced breakthrough technology with Kinnosa Workflow-PDMWorks Edition, available in early 2005. Kinnosa Workflow-PDMWorks Edition adds engineering change process management capabilities to PDMWorks, the de facto standard for SolidWorks design data management software.

"Organizations are increasingly recognizing the critical importance of managing engineering changes throughout their entire value chain, but have been put off by the high acquisition and implementation cost of current PLM systems," says Terry Simpson, CEO and president of Empresa Solutions. "Just as SolidWorks made 3D CAD viable for the mainstream Kinnosa Workflow-PDMWorks Edition makes true engineering change process management available to the growing PDMWorks community."

In conjunction with this announcement, Empresa Solutions has initiated the Kinnosa Workflow-PDMWorks Edition "Early Access" program. This program will include a limited number of SolidWorks customers and resellers who are motivated to implement the benefits of engineering change process management within their organizations. Qualified participants will receive pre-release versions of the product, training, support and a direct feedback channel to Empresa Solutions Product Managers.

SolidWorks customers and resellers interested in participating in the Kinnosa Workflow-PDMWorks Edition "Early Access" program should contact Gary Wilmot at gwilmot@empresasolutions.com by March 31, 2005.

Empresa's suite of products provides advanced document and data management solutions that transform and extend relationships between customers, suppliers and products.
