Javelin Technologies Wins Second Consecutive SolidWorks North America Support Award
Javelin Technologies has been named the Top Subscription Service Reseller in North America by SolidWorks Corporation. The award is issued annually to the SolidWorks value added reseller (VAR) that achieves the highest renewal level for support and update services.
The 2004 honor marks the second consecutive year that Javelin has won the North America-wide award. Because customer renewal rates are a direct reflection of service satisfaction, the VAR receiving this award is widely regarded as SolidWorks' top North American support organization. Javelin management credits the company's success to its customer-first business approach, as well as its strong commitment to technical support and training.
