Thomson Broadcast & Media Solutions Selects Tecnomatix eMPower Solutions to Implement New Product Introduction Initiatives
World-leading entertainment and media technology vendor Thomson Broadcast & Media Solutions http://www.thomsongrassvalley.com is using eMPowerT solutions from Tecnomatix to accelerate and optimize the company's New Product (NPI) processes as well as increase overall productivity, shorten delivery time and provide high-quality automated documentation.
With eMPower, Thomson Broadcast & Media Solutions will now be able to implement a complete NPI program, including assembly and test, as well as to automate the paperless creation of technical documentation, increase the accuracy and flexibility of modifications to shop floor documentation and generate paperless manual assembly instructions with site-wide view stations.
Thomson purchased several licenses of the eM-Assembly Expert, eM-Document Expert and eM-View Expert products, as well as related support and services.
