ALGOR Exhibits V16.1 at Solid Edge Asia Pacific Reseller Conference 2005
ALGOR, Inc. announced that it will demonstrate ALGOR V16.1 at the fifth annual Solid Edge® Asia Pacific Reseller Conference 2005, being held from February 21-24, 2005 in Hainan Island, China. The conference brings Solid Edge resellers together to learn more about "Easing the Design of Complex Products".
As a Certified Select application in the Solid Edge Voyager Program, ALGOR's FEMPRO, provides direct CAD/CAE data exchange and full associativity for each design change in Solid Edge® software. This allows Solid Edge users to choose the analysis tools they need, giving them access to ALGOR's wide range of simulation capabilities beyond simple static stress, such as Mechanical Event Simulation (MES) with linear and nonlinear material models, linear dynamics, steady-state and transient heat transfer, steady and unsteady fluid flow, electrostatics and full multiphysics.
"At Solid Edge Asia Pacific Reseller Conference 2005, attendees will see free demonstrations of how easy it is to bring Solid Edge models into ALGOR and then use our wide range of analysis and simulation tools for a total design solution," said ALGOR Product Manager, Bob Williams. "We will also be demonstrating the new features of V16.1, our latest software release, including parametric, structured meshing and modeling tools for defining mixed element type models as well as expanded CFD tools including support for fan effects and particle tracking."
