Beach Solutions and Verisity Increase Verification Productivity for AMBA-based Designs
Verisity, Ltd. and Beach Solutions, the ESL Synthesis company, announced the release of the Beach Solutions e Verification Component ( eVC) Generator for AMBA, which automatically configures and generates test cases for Verisity's AHB eVC, simplifying the task of verification environment development. Generating directly from design data allows repeatable and rapid verification environment creation, removing human error and saving significant development time. Design changes can be instantly propagated through to the verification environment.
The companies have collaborated to ensure the eVC Generator for AMBA is integrated with Verisity's AMBA AHB eVC environment. The eVC Generator automates the creation of the environment, test cases and register files required to configure and drive the Verisity eVC verification environment, directly from design data.
The Beach Solutions eVC Generator for AMBA produces: eVC configuration data for AMBA, e register file models, e address package configurations and e test sequences that are used to run verification tests, in the Specman Elite environment, together with the AMBA eVC components provided by Verisity.
Beach's eVC Generator for AMBA is the first product resulting from on-going collaborations between Beach Solutions Ltd., Verisity and Verisity's partners.

Availability
The Beach Solutions eVC Generator for AMBA is available from Beach Solutions now, as a generator add-on to EASI-Studio. Verisity's AMBA AHB eVC environment and VPA solutions are available from Verisity.
