SEAL Systems Annual Yield 2004:   Turnover and Revenue Enhanced

For the business year 2004, the specialist of solutions for information and document distribution announced a turnover increase of 10 per cent. The consolidated turnover of the branches in Germany, France, and USA amounts to 9.9 million Euro (the year before: 9.0 million).

The French subsidiary could double the revenue in the last business year. The USA market has developed weakly, so the revenue of the year before could not be reached. On the whole 20 per cent of the work came from abroad. The cost had increased moderately. Therefore the operating result could be enhanced by 16 per cent.

One of the sales motors was, like the year before, document output management for large and middle-sized enterprises as well as integration components for mySAP® PLM and other SAP components. Growth rates above average were achieved in the segments service, consulting and application programming. A new developed training offer has been well accepted on the market.

At the CeBIT in Hannover, Germany, SEAL Systems will introduced a new solution on basis of the DPF (Digital Process Factory), which was successfully launched in the last year: Direct Publishing solutions enable the generation of manuals and documentation directly from the PLM/PDM data basis. Therewith, for example, it is easy to realize immediately cross media publishing with a mySAP® PLM document structure. Furthermore there are new function modules for print and conversion as add-on for SAP Records Management.

Company speaker Reinhold Müller-Meernach comments on the business result: "We have exceeded our plans and we have increased beyond branch average. By the 30 per cent increase of incoming orders, SEAL Systems start with a very high amount of orders into the new business year. Therefore we can look optimistically into the future. There are particular growth chances abroad. Solutions, developed by us here in Germany are leading worldwide in the process integration field."
