Catalog Data Solutions Customer, Advanced Machine & Engineering, Doubles Online Sales Leads
Catalog Data Solutions (CDS) announced that Advanced Machine & Engineering has reported spectacular results from their CDS CAD Model download solution.
?Advanced Machine & Engineering Co. (AME) is a Rockford, Illinois based manufacturer and distributor, originally established in 1966. In August 2007 AME added CAD downloads to their website to meet their customers’ request for online CAD drawings of its products. “CAD downloads almost doubled our lead volume within 60 days of setup. We have seen a dramatic increase in new business while simultaneously offering a valuable service to our current customers.” said Tom Watson, Director of Global Marketing for Goellner, Inc., the parent company. “Over 40% of the CAD downloads are by new contacts, which have given us a rich new source of qualified sales leads. Working with CDS to build the CAD models enabled us to complete this project with only a minimal impact on our own engineering team.”
