Siemens PLM Software and Satyam Sign Alliance to Enhance PLM Solutions Value Delivery
Siemens PLM Software, a business unit of Siemens Industry Automation Division and a leading global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services, and Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE: SAY), a leading global consulting and IT services provider, today announced a global consulting and systems integrator alliance to provide optimized PLM software and services to help customers enhance efficiency and top-line growth. The alliance will enable clients to benefit from Satyam’s global domain expertise, combined with Siemens PLM Software’s industry-leading PLM technology.

The companies will use Siemens PLM Software’s PLM technology to create focused solutions for the chemical, oil and gas, and industrial machinery industries. Collaborating on aligned sales, marketing, and delivery strategies will enable the companies to more efficiently bring PLM solutions to their global customer base including those in the focus industries.
