Keynote Address

Sugar Ray Leonard, one of the legendary sports icons of the 20th century and an athlete whose very name epitomizes the pursuit of excellence and conjures up the image of a champion, will present this year’s keynote “POWER – Prepare, Overcome and Win Every Round,” on Monday, Nov. 17. Leonard was the first boxer to win world titles in five different weight classes, a record that stands to this day.

In addition, co-founders Joel Koppelman and Dick Faris will address the general session Monday, Nov. 17 to discuss what it takes to achieve championship projects and portfolios, and how to get the most from Primavera technology. During his presentation, Mr. Koppelman will share his vision for the road ahead as Primavera continues to center on customer success. Mr. Faris will then present his technology vision for Primavera, as well as the company’s continued investment in industry-specific capabilities and a Primavera platform using open and standards-based technologies.

“Our Annual Conference offers Primavera’s customers a great opportunity to sharpen their skills, increase their product knowledge and develop best practices that will improve the performance of their businesses,” said Nicole Styer, vice president of marketing for Primavera. “This year, Primavera will help attendees center on success through sessions and discussions that present the experiences of managers working on highly successful projects at some of the world’s best-run companies.”

Continuing Education Programs

Primavera offers several ways for Conference attendees to participate in continuing education sessions for ongoing professional development, as well as to maintain PMP certification.
