Configuration Solutions Charts Record Customer Growth
Configuration Solutions, Inc. recently announced that the company, in concert with its VAR channels, inked more than 100 contracts for its CS-Enterprise software solution over the past twenty-four months. The customers range in size from the Fortune 1000 to small to mid-size manufacturers.
CS-Enterprise is a comprehensive suite of integrated software applications designed to streamline and automate a wide range of business processes for make-to-order (MTO) and engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturers. Among the new CS-Enterprise customers are:
• A leading global provider of innovative office, commercial and residential furniture, furniture systems and decorative timepieces;
• A leading manufacturer of a wide variety of high-quality residential redwood playsets; and,
• The world’s largest manufacturer of metal belt and wire cloth.
Commenting on the company’s growth in the face of a fluctuating economy and challenging manufacturing climate, Ryan Colosky, VP Sales & Marketing, Configuration Solutions, notes: “Customer service responsiveness, especially in the front-end areas of Quoting, Cost Estimating and Order Entry of tailored products, is especially important to manufacturing businesses striving to compete and grow in the global marketplace. Additionally, our focus on developing strong channel partner alliances, has also played a key role in our growth.”
Colosky noted that as a result of its SMB focus and channel partner strategies, Configuration Solutions now has customers at over 450 different manufacturing sites that access its product configuration solutions and guided selling applications. And, tens of thousands of their business partners, dealers and distributors across the globe leverage the CS-Enterprise solution. “Our customers also expect a rapid implementation cycle. One company had an entire product family up and running on our Order Entry, Quoting and Pricing applications in just seven weeks, greatly accelerating speed to value – not exactly a common occurrence with most enterprise software implementations,” he concludes.
