SAP Announces Availability of 2008 Annual Report and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Filing on Form 20-F
SAP AG announced that its Annual Report to Shareholders (including the IFRS audited financial statements) for the year ended December 31, 2008 is now available, and that SAP's Annual Report on Form 20-F (including the U.S. GAAP audited financial statements) has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Both reports can be accessed via SAP's Web site at http://www.sap.com/investor and http://www.sap.de/investor.
