Saros Technology Joins Omnify Software Partner Program
Omnify Software announced that Saros Technology, a provider of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software, support, and training in the United Kingdom (UK) and Ireland, has joined the Omnify Software sales partner program.
As part of Omnify's network of world-class sales partners, Saros Technology will be offering sales, support and training of the Omnify PLM technology to manufacturers in their region.
"We are very excited to be partnering with Omnify, a leading supplier of Product Lifecycle Management software," stated Carey Sayer, co-founder and managing director of Saros Technology. "Omnify's powerful PLM tools and methodologies allow customers to efficiently manage their product data and are an excellent fit into the sophisticated and innovation driven UK and Irish manufacturing communities. We believe Omnify's tool suite fits ideally into our existing product portfolio and will be of great interest to our installed customer base."
One manufacturing customer already benefiting from the partnership is Nujira Limited, a leading RF engineering company located in Cambridge, UK. "Omnify has rapidly become an integral part of the design and manufacturing process at Nujira," stated Richard Sharples, PCB manager for Nujira. "While it has already provided us with an efficient process for automated part numbering, BOM generation and ECO management, it has also allowed us to centralize our design data and give our design engineers direct access to our component database from inside our CAD system. This has reduced the library workload while increasing the information available to them when selecting parts to use in our designs."
