ESPRIT 2009 to be Exhibited at Mechatronics Technology (MECT) Japan 2009 Oct. 14-17

The latest version of ESPRIT® computer-aided-manufacturing (CAM) software created by DP Technology will be on display Oct. 14-17, when Mechatronics Technology (MECT) Japan 2009 takes place in Nagoya, Japan.

Mechatronics Technology Japan is a vital biennial event that draws domestic and international manufacturers, suppliers and end-users of automation products to Nagoya, where the Nagoya International Exhibition Hall (Port Messe Nagoys) will be populated by exhibitors dedicated to developing advanced and cost-efficient production equipment.

Visitors to the ESPRIT booth will be greeted by knowledgeable and approachable representatives who will answer questions and perform demonstrations of the latest time-saving upgrades.

ESPRIT 2009 places a heavy emphasis on integrated machining, the use of milling and, or, turning in any combination on any type of machine tool — Swiss-turn, mill-turn, B-axis machines, etc.

Other new or upgraded features highlighted in the 2009 release include improvement to the facing, open-pocket machining, slot milling, chamfer milling and thread milling cycles.
