PTC Recognized As China's #1 PDM Solution Supplier by Leading Industry Analyst Firm
PTC announced that it has been ranked top performer in several key categories within the PLM industry in the recent "China Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Report, April 2010" by leading management consulting and technology research firm, CIMdata, Inc. Based on rich data and in-depth analysis of the PLM market in China, PTC is recognized as the leading PLM, PDM and design-focused MCAD solution provider in China based on 2009 direct revenue. PTC was also identified as a leading provider of PLM solutions for the Aerospace & Defense and High-Tech industries.
The CIMdata report recognizes PTC as the top PLM supplier by direct revenue in China with its direct PLM revenues of $63million USD in 2009 and as the supplier with the largest share by revenue (27.4%) of the PDM market segment in 2009. Furthermore, in the design-focused MCAD segment, PTC is ranked No.1 with a 26.9% share by revenue for 2009.
