Zuken Announces E³.WireWorks Reseller in U.S. for New England and Mid-Atlantic
Zuken has announced that CADD Edge, Inc. has joined its E³.WireWorks reseller network in the U.S. With this solution in their portfolio, CADD Edge, a leading SolidWorks reseller, will be able to address a longstanding need shared by many of their customers – the ability to perform electrical design in collaboration with 3D mechanical design. Zuken’s E³.WireWorks closely integrates with SolidWorks Premium Routing and PDM Enterprise solutions, providing a complete design solution from design concept through physical realization and manufacturing output.
Most products and systems today have both mechanical and electrical content. SolidWorks handles mechanical design efficiently and accurately, but the electrical content increasingly requires a specialized tool such as E³.WireWorks. Having the ability to use E³.WireWorks in conjunction with SolidWorks allows mechanical and electrical designers to work together in the virtual 3D world. This shift toward greater collaboration in the design process saves time and reduces errors in their design projects.
