Apache Design Solutions, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
Apache Design Solutions, Inc. announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock to be sold by the company and certain of its stockholders. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
Deutsche Bank Securities is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Needham & Company, LLC, Canaccord Genuity, ThinkEquity LLC and D.A. Davidson & Co. are the co-managers of the offering.
The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
