Accept360™ Achieves Oracle® Validated Integration With Oracle CRM OnDemand

Accept Corporation announced that it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of Accept360 Ideas with Oracle CRM On Demand Release 18 through the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN).

The combination of Oracle CRM On Demand for PRM with the Accept360 platform creates a unified solution within a familiar Oracle interface that complete the 360 degree view of the customer by providing product development teams with actionable product enhancement data from customers and partners.

This integration extends the capabilities of Oracle CRM On Demand for Partner Relationship Management (PRM) with Accept360 Ideas functionality that enables users to create internal and external social communities where customers and partners can collaborate, vote on and prioritize product, campaign, services, and opportunity innovation ideas. The integration incorporates ideation into the customer's CRM profile and delivers the information to product management and development teams to make real time data-based decisions on product strategy, releases and roadmaps. The result is a complete 360 degree view of the customer or partner, integrated throughout the application with contextual relevance.

Ideation for Oracle CRM On Demand for PRM, based on Accept360 Ideas, is a tab in the Oracle solution. Configurable to meet unique user requirements, the widget supports the ability to create and edit ideas, flexible reporting, search for similar ideas, categorize and group ideas, monitor the collaboration on specific or group of ideas and associate ideas with specific customers and partners.
