Mentor Graphics Corporation Announces Redemption of 6.25% Convertible Subordinated Debentures Due 2026
Mentor Graphics Corporation announced its intention to redeem on April 26, 2011 (the “Redemption Date”), any and all remaining outstanding 6.25% Convertible Subordinated Debentures due 2026 as of April 26, 2011, at a total redemption price of 101.79% of the aggregate principal amount outstanding thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest, if any, to but not including the Redemption Date.
