Steve Easterbrook from CMPIC has over 30 years of experience with configuration management. Steve will be speaking to the full group about Configuration Management – Preventing Process Meltdown. Steve stated, "I will show how failures in configuration management have resulted in costly errors and real life tragedy, and I will explain how a good configuration management process can reduce corrective action, exposure to negative publicity, avoid lawsuits and, most importantly, save lives."
