PTC India appoints Jeffrey W Wilmot as the Senior Vice President and Country Manager
PTC today announced the appointment of Jeffrey W. Wilmot, former Senior Regional Director Sales at PTC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as the Senior Vice President and Country Manager of PTC in India. In his present role, Wilmot will oversee PTC's India operation and make quintessential decision that will be instrumental in accelerating PTC's growth in India. He will be responsible for all go-to market resources in India and also be an integral part of all the activities related to sales and marketing.
Commenting on his new role Jeffrey W. Wilmot said "I am enthusiastic about working in a dynamic market like India. With its tremendous growth potential, India has always been a major focus area for PTC. I plan to capitalize on my experience to strengthen our presence in India and also expand our business through investments. With a focus on resolving customer problems and PTC's unique understanding of the arena of product development we believe we will continue as the market leader in India."
Jeffrey W. Wilmot has been working with PTC for over 11 years now. During his tenure, he held several senior management positions in PTC. He comes on board with the wealth of knowledge on wide variety of business verticals including: Industrial, Medical Device/Life Sciences, High Tech and Electronics, Automotive and Consumer Products. Prior to joining PTC he worked for the United States Congress in Washington D.C. where he was a Professional Staff Member for the Committee on Government Reform and Oversight. He also served as Chief of Staff for the House Minority Leader in Massachusetts and worked on several Gubernatorial, Congressional and State Campaigns.
