Outstanding Customer Support Leads Zamil to ZWCAD
ZWSOFT announced it has entered into a global agreement with Zamil Industrial to adopt ZWCAD across the company for its construction and manufacturing departments in Saudi Arabia headquarters, and branches in India and Vietnam. Zamil favors ZWCAD because of the outstanding product performance and customer support.
Zamil Industrial is a leading manufacturing and fabrication group that provides products, engineering systems and services for the construction industry. It was established in 1998 in Dammam, Saudi Arabia and sells its products in more than 90 countries with manufacturing facilities in Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, India, Vietnam and Italy.
As Zamil was deciding on a CAD software for their company, their main concerns were price, support, compatibility and having a friendly user interface. Orbit, the authorized ZWCAD reseller in Saudi Arabia held many testing meetings and workshops for Zamil, to show how ZWCAD 2012 could meet their demands.
Due to Orbits strong desire to provide great support and the powerful features and functions of ZWCAD, Zamil not only decided to integrate the software in Saudi Arabia, but in their branches around the world as well.
