Autodesk reseller partners earn Platinum Tier status by demonstrating deep industry expertise, satisfying rigorous training and certification requirements and satisfying the highest customer satisfaction requirements.

Advanced Solutions has continued to evolve within the Autodesk Customer Satisfaction Program, improving their process and creating customer loyalty along with a consistent positive customer experience. The program evaluates customer experience using fundamental objectives. These objectives include:
- Creating a consistently positive customer experience
- Identifying opportunities to further customer relations
- Measuring customer loyalty using Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology
- Strengthening customer relationships through closed-loop customer feedback process

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the loyalty of a firm's customer relationships. Companies such as Amazon, eBay, Costco and Dell utilize NPS to drive growth and customer loyalty. The Autodesk Customer Satisfaction Program evaluates Autodesk partners in the areas of referrals to friends and colleagues, understanding of design process, ease of doing business, product recommendations, customization/consulting, installation/configuration, technical support and training.
