CD-adapco's Japan Office Now Directly Sells es-ice
CD-adapco is pleased to announce it is directly selling the IC engine simulation tool, "es-ice" in Japan. Japan is one of the most important markets for CD-adapco's IC engine simulation solution business. The Japanese office has been working closely with CD-adapco developers, experts and engineers to ensure that customers in Japan receive the same excellent standard of service experienced by CD-adapco customers across the world.
With an ever-increasing emphasis on emissions - from legislators and consumers alike - and increased focus on decreased fuel consumption and development costs, the challenges for Powertrain teams continue to grow. Whether it's a new fuel, new combustion mode or a new lightweight material, realistic simulation is an integral tool in successfully bringing new technologies to market. STAR-CD and es-ice form the highly used CFD code for engine simulation, and together provide a full toolkit of simulation capabilities for the design analysis of Internal Combustion Engines.
