NGC Software Earns Top 10 Rankings in Retail Industry's Most Influential Guide to Software Vendors
NGC Software® announced that it earned three top 10 rankings in the 2012 RIS News Software Leaderboard, widely regarded as the retail industry's most prestigious guide to the top retail technology software companies.
Now in its 12th year, the RIS News Software LeaderBoard is produced by the industry's #1 retail technology publication. Based entirely on retailer evaluations, the LeaderBoard ranks technology vendors based on customer satisfaction across a wide range of criteria. The LeaderBoard is a widely quoted, eagerly anticipated annual report that many in the industry have called the Oscars of retail technology. It serves as a guide to help retailers find the vendors and solutions they need with an unmatched level of clarity.
For this year's LeaderBoard, retailers evaluated 100 software vendors in 50 different technology categories. NGC was one of only two PLM/Supply Chain Management providers named to the 2012 RIS News Software Leaderboard, with top-10 finishes in three categories:
- Targeted Solution Vendor Leaders
- Criteria Leaders in ROI
- Vendor Leaders in Customer Satisfaction
