Delcam Adopts KeyShot as Rendering Solution
Luxion and Delcam today announced that Luxion's KeyShot will be Delcam's standard rendering solution, and as such integrated with a number of Delcam products.
With foundations that span design, engineering and manufacturing, Delcam has become one of the leading world-wide solutions for producing highly detailed, highly accurate engineering and manufacturing data. Together with Luxion, Delcam brings this focus on highly accurate representations of physical objects full circle with the integration of KeyShot into their CADCAM product line. Through this, Designers, Engineers and Manufacturers can take their 3D designs and turn them into photographic images within minutes, further simplifying the product development process while enabling them to produce the visuals needed to save time and improve quality.
Delcam continues its strong growth, helping customers gain a competitive edge. Their design and manufacturing products are known around the world for their power and flexibility available as a complete solution or completely customized. KeyShot will remain a standalone product and will be offered as a bundled solution or a separate add-on. Distribution will be through Delcam's extensive reseller channel.
The bundled version of KeyShot will work with Delcam's products using Luxion's plugin and live linking technology, allowing users to push and update their designs directly to KeyShot without any necessary rework when changes occur.
