MecSoft Launches New Customer Service Portal

MecSoft Corporation, the developer of CAD/CAM software solutions, has announced the launch of a new customer service portal called VisualSERVE.

“VisualSERVE provides all MecSoft customers, both domestic and international, with 24 hour access to download upgrades and maintenance releases,” explained Scott Dixon, International Sales Manager for MecSoft. “VisualSERVE will also be the central hub for MecSoft AMS (Annual Maintenance Subscription) customers to access their extended features.”

VisualSERVE will provide one convenient location for MecSoft AMS customers to access the premium support forums, knowledge bases, post-processors, and advanced product training videos. VisualSERVE will not only host maintenance releases but will also be home for yearly version releases that are included in MecSoft AMS. This allows AMS customers to download and install new product versions as soon as they become available.
