Synergis Software Presents Adept PDM at SolidWorks World 2013

Synergis Software, developers of the SolidWorks Gold-Certified Adept product data management (PDM) system, today announced that it will showcase Adept 2013 PDM for the Enterprise at booth #800 during the SolidWorks World 2013 Conference, January 20-23, 2013. This is the 9th consecutive year that Synergis Software has participated in the SolidWorks World Conference.

As a Gold PDM Partner, Adept provides organizations with an easy, consistent, and secure way to access, manage, and share their SolidWorks product designs and related information across a workgroup or the enterprise. With the addition of over 20 new PDM features in the Adept integration with SolidWorks, users have easier, faster access to critical data management tools -- without leaving their 3D CAD environment. Adept 2013 also includes a significant upgrade to the world's best visualization tool, Oracle AutoVue 3D Professional, which is included with every Adept license. Other improvements include a more powerfully automated transmittal system and significant increases in performance.

"Our SolidWorks integration is constantly evolving, based on feedback from our clients," says Joe Gasper, product manager for Adept's CAD integrations. "Our SolidWorks clients depend on Adept to ensure their documents are secure; their revisions are maintained; and unauthorized access to critical data is eliminated. Adept is a leading solution for sharing product design documents across global sites and with larger audiences such as the shop floor, sales, and contractors."

Todd Cummings, Vice President of Research & Development and Chris Fabri, Director of Solutions Engineering will also present a client case study on global freight rail manufacturer Miller Felpax at the SolidWorks Certified Partner Theater, January 21, 2013 at 7:00pm EST.
