CADD Microsystems Recognized as Autodesk's Top Authorized Training Center in the Mid-Atlantic
CADD Microsystems, an Autodesk Platinum Partner and Authorized Training Center (ATC), is pleased to announce that it was ranked as the top ATC in the Mid-Atlantic region based on student evaluations.
For a company to be recognized as an Authorized Training Center, it has to meet several rigorous standards of excellence put in place by Autodesk. After each course, students evaluate the course, instructor and facilities, and CADD Microsystems received a 94.1% customer satisfaction rate, placing the company among the top ATCs in the nation.
"Our mission is to help our customers be successful through the use of technology, and training is an integral part of that process," said Matt Davoren, president and COO of CADD Microsystems. "When our customers invest in powerful solutions like Autodesk products, it's vital that they know how to get as much out of that technology as possible."
CADD Microsystems offers a wide variety of training options, with flexibility around both the method of delivery and the curriculum. Students can choose between classroom, onsite or online training, and can customize the curriculum to their needs, using actual project data where applicable. Also offered are introductory and advanced courses, topic-based courses and industry-specific courses.
"We put a lot of emphasis on providing our students with the best training experience from start to finish," explained Davoren. CADD Microsystems has seen consistent success with its training program recently; one of its instructors won Trainer of the Year (which is voted on by students), and the company was recognized by Autodesk as Reseller of the Year in FY2010, and Partner of the Quarter three times in the last five years.
