Autodesk Revit MEP 2012 & Navisworks for Technical Modelers & Junior Engineers Training is Now Available at NetCom Learning
NetCom Learning announces a new training package sure to be of interest to MEP technical designers and engineers. The new coursework entitled Revit MEP 2012 & Navisworks 2012 Outline for Technical Modelers & Junior Engineers Modelers provides attendees with an overview of how the Autodesk software applications work, what they can be used to accomplish, and an in depth look at the elements, categories, families and views that make up the software. Upon completion of the course students should be able to apply their knowledge for projects in the office right away. The course is targeted to MEP users that are new to Revit or those who do not feel like they have a good understanding of the software.

Revit is a line of software from Autodesk for use in building information modeling. The software lets builders, architects and engineers create virtual buildings and set up the planning, construction and management for a structure before building. Revit software applications include Revit Architecture, Revit Structure and Revit MEP.

In addition, students will learn to aggregate the information for review in Navisworks and use the Clash Detective to identify and track conflicts between building components.
