ATS to Showcase Edgecam during Six Solidworks Events
ATS (Adaptive Technology Solutions), a reseller of Vero Software’s Edgecam CAD/CAM software will be showcasing the latest version of Edgecam at six Solidworks Events during the month of October. The series of events are located in the Heartland of America and will take place from 7:30am – 3:30pm.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the latest in Edgecam’s newest release – Workflow. Workflow is specifically designed for ease of use. The new release guides the user through the programming process in five easy steps – Native file open, part setup/fixturing, feature creation, toolpath creation, and post processing. Once each step is complete, the user moves intuitively to the next stage, completing each process in turn, resulting in a fully programmed, fully collision-checked part with swift and accurate CNC code generated.
Workflow will have a significant impact on shortening programming time, and because it is so simple to operate, the learning curve for new users is considerably reduced. The end result is effectively meets todays manufacturing demands to reduce costs, improve quality and meet shorter lead times.

The traditional CAM commands remain available at all times, and the user can alternate between the two. CAD/CAM technology in CNC communications and machine monitoring using Spectrums Multi DNC and monitoring system. Come see the ATS staff at the SolidWorks 2014 launch event. We will be displaying the latest and unique CNC programming method of SolidWorks solid model files using Edgecam's newest technology "WORKFLOW".
