Auditdata A/S Selects Aras and the Minerva PLM Medical Device Solution
Aras® today announced that Auditdata A/S, a leading provider of audiology solutions for audiometry, real ear measurements, client counselling and hearing instrument testing, headquartered in Denmark, has selected Aras PLM and the Medical Device PLM Solution from Minerva. Auditdata’s implementation of Aras and the Medical Device PLM includes all of the information required to manage Design History File, Device Master Record, parts and documents, as well as change management, project management and external collaboration with manufacturers, in a single system.
Key drivers in Auditdata’s selection were Aras’s modern flexible platform, Minerva’s strong track record in the medical device industry, and the speed of implementation for the total solution. “The depth of medical device functionality in the solution even extended what I have seen in Oracle Agile PLM, which has been the system I have implemented three times before in other companies,” explained Dan Haugbøl, QA and Regulatory Manager at Auditdata A/S. “Our choice to go with Aras and the Medical Device PLM was based on the comprehensive functionality, flexibility in the Aras product and total cost of ownership,” said Dan Haugbøl. “With Aras and Minerva, our team could see how the solution mapped to our business challenges.”
