Version 4.0 of PROSTEP PDF Generator 3D even more Flexible
The latest version of PROSTEP PDF Generator 3D will hit the market before the end of 2013. Version 4.0 will be completed in November 2013 and comprises numerous improvements and new functions for creating professional 3D PDF documents.
Among other things, PDF Generator 3D 4.0 offers a ModelScript plug-in for the converter engine. This means that PDF Generator 3D can be adapted to a wide variety of requirements even more flexibly: data can, for example, be filtered according to attributes, CAD elements and product manufacturing information (PMI).
The list of supported CAD formats has once again been extended: it is now possible to import files in the formats ACIS® from Spatial Corp.® and CATIA® V5 V5_6R2013 from Dassault Systèmes®. Furthermore, PDF Generator 3D Version 4.0 can also be used with the Adobe® LiveCycle® Enterprise Suite 4.
