Symmetry Solutions Receives Top Honors from Solidworks

Symmetry Solutions, Inc., a value-added reseller (VAR) of DS SolidWorks, announced that Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp (DS SolidWorks) has recognized Symmetry Solutions as the Top Reseller in North America for Subscription Service.   Additionally, Symmetry Solutions was awarded the SolidWorks Elite 190 Club. Two Symmetry Solutions employees were also presented individual awards for outstanding performance.

SolidWorks presents the Top Reseller in North America for Subscription Service award yearly to honor companies who consistently demonstrate excellence in service. Subscription Service represents the areas where SolidWorks end users depend on Value Added Resellers (VARs) the most: technical support, guidance in software upgrades and enhancements, and expert problem-solving advice. To receive the top award, Symmetry Solutions outperformed approximately 37 other VARs in North America who provide SolidWorks Subscription Services.

“Customer support and training has always been our top priority at Symmetry Solutions,” said Paul Rudin, President of Symmetry Solutions. “Being recognized as the number one reseller in North America for subscription service exemplifies our commitment to our customers and their success.”

DS SolidWorks also awarded Symmetry Solutions membership in the SolidWorks Elite 190 Club. This award is based on exceeding the highest standards for customer retention, subscription renewals, and software support for first-time users.

Individual employees of Symmetry Solutions were also honored. Sales Consultant, Rick Passek, was awarded membership in the SolidWorks 500 Club for his remarkable career sales of SolidWorks licenses. Additionally, Passek was presented membership in the SolidWorks 100 Club for his 2012 year-end sales. Jim Zink, Symmetry Solutions’ Sales Consultant, was bestowed membership in the SolidWorks 100 Club for his 2012 year-end sales. The 100 Club Award is presented to sales professionals that sell more than 100 SolidWorks licenses during a single year.

“It is truly an honor to be recognized as one of the top providers of SolidWorks solutions, support, and training in North America,” concluded Rudin. “Our ability to focus only on SolidWorks solutions, training, and customer support is the reason our team is able to achieve these extraordinary sales accomplishments.”
