Mensch und Maschine Software SE, a CAD/CAM/BIM specialist company, presents its Annual Report 2024, describing how M+M has laid a very good foundation for the future with high investments in internal IT systems, the transition to the new Autodesk commission model as well as the development of its own software products.  Despite the associated burdens, M+M almost consistently achieved higher results compared to 2023. Net profit came in at +4.8% to 180 Cents/share, which was even better than preliminarily reported, as well as cashflow at a record +23% to EUR 62.32 mln or 369 Cents/share.  The M+M management will submit a dividend proposal of 185 cents (PY: 165 / +12%), optionally cash or share dividend, to the general meeting on May 8, 2025. 75 of 185 Cents can be paid out pre-tax from the ‘steuerliches Einlagenkonto’ (§27 KStG).  M+M CFO Markus Pech gives an optimistic guidance for 2025/26: “In 2025 we expect +9-19%
