Agilent Technologies Inc. reported orders of $1.91 billion, up 4 percent over one year ago, for the fourth fiscal quarter ended Oct. 31, 2014, and revenues of $1.81 billion, up 5 percent compared with one year ago. Fourth-quarter GAAP net income was $16 million, or $0.05 per share. Last year's fourth-quarter GAAP net income was $211 million, or $0.63 per share. These results include Keysight Technologies, formerly Agilent's electronic measurement business. Agilent completed the spinoff of Keysight on Nov. 1 by distributing Keysight common stock to Agilent shareholders. Keysight financial results will be reported by Keysight as a separate, publicly traded company.
