PlantLinker has purchased a license to the C3D Converter module to develop PlantLinker, a domestic plant design CAD solution. C3D Converter is part of C3D Toolkit, a software development kit (SDK) to create, edit, visualize, and convert geometric models. PlantLinker and C3D Labs first met in 2024. The meeting led to testing the C3D Converter to compare it with other solutions available on the domestic market. The multi-stage tests showed that the C3D Labs product was a versatile and reliable tool that fit the task perfectly. Today, many design companies rely on geometric models from third-party sources. For example, manufacturers provide equipment models. The overwhelming majority of such models come from mechanical engineering CADs. The CENIT Group generated valuable results from its ongoing transformation with strong operational performance in the 4th quarter of 2025. The guidance updated in July 2025 was fully achieved. For fiscal year 2026, the company aims for a significant increase in earnings (EBITDA +46.6%). Business Development Despite a still challenging macroeconomic environment, the CENIT Group achieved revenues of 209.5 mEUR in fiscal year 2025, slightly above the previous year (prior year 207.3 mEUR). Revenue rose 1.6% to €6,405.9 million, while earnings before tax (EBT) were in line with expectations at €324.2 million. As at 31 December 2025, Bechtle employed 16,360 people, an increase of 559 year on year—entirely attributable to acquisitions. Our companies in the Benelux and Other European segments delivered above‑average growth in business volume, while Germany also posted a strong increase of 6.4%.
