CGI will host its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) and release its Fiscal 2026 first quarter results on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. The Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. (EST) via live webcast at www.icastpro.ca/ukd54d (Password: CGI2025). Shareholders will have the opportunity to participate in real time and vote at the Meeting online in the manner set forth in CGI’s Management Proxy Circular, through a web-based platform, regardless of their geographic location. Only CGI shareholders of record at the close of business on Monday, December 1, 2025, and duly appointed proxyholders (including non-registered beneficial shareholders who have duly appointed themselves as proxyholders), will be entitled to vote on matters considered at the Meeting.
