Valor to Launch ‘DynamiX’ at Productronica

Valor Computerized Systems Europe has announced plans for the European launch of its end to end software suite, DynamiX in Stand 421, Hall A-3 at Productronica 2009. The event is scheduled to take place 10th – 13th November 2009 at the New Munich Trade Fair Center in Munich, Germany.

An industry first, DynamiX is a complete assembly production software suite designed to support manufacturers through the areas of design, engineering data management, real-time monitoring, materials management, work-flow control, planning & scheduling with full traceability throughout. Founded on the principles of “Lean Thinking”, DynamiX provides the software solution that encompasses the entire production process from the Lean management of materials, PCA assembly processes and test, full product assembly and test, through to the final packing of finished goods ready for shipment.

DynamiX has been designed as a comprehensive Manufacturing Execution System (MES) focusing on discrete manufacturing in the electronics production industry leveraging on the ability of intelligent real-time connection with all production processes. The Valor MES platform incorporates integrated functionality & flexibility through advanced API interfaces and launches the “DynamiX Portal” for 3D real-time visibility of manufacturing operations. Standard core features across the Valor MES platform include engineering data management, real-time monitoring, work-order management, routing control, quality & material management and traceability. Specific tools include vPlan for complete engineering data management including multi-vendor line balancing, program optimization and process setup documentation, vManage for SMT/PCB monitoring, material control, verification, traceability, warehouse and shop-floor management, together with vCheck for a complete test solution with repair loop control, AOI/ICT direct interface and a full quality data management and reporting system.

Performing at the highest level, DynamiX bridges the gaps between the enterprise level of business planning and logistics systems, enhancing existing operations such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and systems from shop-floor equipment vendors etc. The DynamiX work-order model unites and manages all manufacturing processes definitions, flows and operations, information and scheduling integrated into one user-friendly easily managed environment.
