Open Text Deepens Integration with SAP(R) Solutions across ECM Suite with Content-Enriched Business Processes

Open Text Corporation today announced upgrades across its solutions portfolio in support of SAP(R) applications. The upgrades increase customer value and boost user productivity by enriching business processes through deeper integration with all types of content.
The integration of business processes with content increases productivity by reducing the need for users to stop in the middle of a transaction to look for documents and other supporting information. This new level of integration ensures that information is available when and where it is needed, helping the Open Text ECM Suite contribute to overall business performance, increase operations excellence, enhance compliance and lower total cost of ownership (TCO).

Last month, SAP AG and Open Text announced another expansion of their successful strategic relationship, with SAP selecting Open Text Extended ECM for use with SAP solutions for resale under the name the SAP Extended Enterprise Content Management (SAP Extended ECM) application by Open Text.
