DXC Technology, a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner, and SAP, a global leader in enterprise applications and business AI, announced an enhanced collaboration in Europe: SAP NEXTLEVEL BTP & AI initiative. The initiative is designed to accelerate business transformation and help enterprises optimize their operations by identifying and delivering AI-enabled improvements across core business processes. SAP NEXTLEVEL is fully aligned with DXC’s recently launched Xponential operating model, a repeatable blueprint designed to accelerate enterprise AI outcomes and move organizations beyond the proof-of-concept stage.
Through this strategic partnership, DXC and SAP will co-design and co-innovate Business AI use cases, collaborate on early-stage SAP technologies, and jointly develop and commercialize AI-based solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Additionally, DXC has joined the SAP AppHaus Alliances, a select group of partners that applies human-centric design to business innovation, enabling DXC consultants to apply proven human-centric design methodologies and leverage AppHaus best practices to better address customers’ needs for intelligent process optimization.
“One of the benefits of being part of the SAP NEXTLEVEL BTP & AI initiative is the access to the SAP AppHaus Alliances, an exclusive membership offering full access to Business AI assets, previews of new formats, expert consulting for strategic workshops, and close collaboration with the AppHaus Team on Design and Architecture Thinking.”
Dr. Peter Kaiser
Senior Director, SAP AppHaus
The partnership was formally launched at the SAP AppHaus in Heidelberg, where DXC and SAP teams participated in AI-focused sessions, explored innovation opportunities, and conducted design workshops that identified the first set of Business AI use cases. Several of these are now moving into customer implementation, with the first already published as an SAP Validated Partner Use Case (VPUC).
“We’re proud to be part of the SAP AppHaus Alliances and to partner with SAP in bringing SAP BTP and SAP Business AI to market. This collaboration builds on our shared AI-first vision and co-innovation efforts. Together, we are committed to human-centric design and delivering explainable AI solutions that will empower businesses to drive efficiency and foster sustainable growth.”
