Trace One strengthens its Executive Committee to deepen customer partnership and accelerate international expansion

Trace One, a leading PLM and compliance software partner across food & beverage, cosmetics, and chemicals — serving the world's largest grocery retailers and process manufacturers, announced an evolution of its Executive Committee designed to bring the company closer to its customers and accelerate its growth worldwide. The new structure puts dedicated leaders behind three commitments: a deeper partnership with every customer, faster and more reliable delivery, and broader reach into the markets where CPG brands and retailers are growing fastest — at a moment when the industry is navigating tighter regulation, rising consumer expectations, and a rapid shift toward AI-enabled product development.

From the CEO

"Our customers are the reason this company exists, and the bar they set is the bar we measure ourselves against," said Séverine Tourpin, CEO of Trace One. "This new structure puts the right leaders in the right seats to deliver on that — a dedicated Chief Customer Officer accountable for the full customer journey, a Chief Operating Officer focused on the quality and reliability of everything we deliver, and a Chief Sales Officer charged with bringing Trace One to more brands and retailers across EMEA, North America, and beyond. These are the people behind our technology, and they are joining at a moment when our investment in AI and our depth in regulatory expertise are genuine competitive advantages for the customers we serve."

Anne-Marie Soubeyran — Chief Customer Officer

Anne-Marie Soubeyran joins Trace One as Chief Customer Officer, leading the company’s global customer strategy. A co-founder of Trace One in 2000, Anne-Marie returns after six years in international executive leadership at Salsify and PRGX, bringing more than 35 years of experience across retail, FMCG, and SaaS. Her remit unites Key Account Management, Customer Success, and Onboarding under one promise: that every customer feels the value of Trace One from first implementation through long-term growth.

Davide Caleffi — Chief Operating Officer

Davide Caleffi is promoted to Chief Operating Officer. A PMP-certified leader with nearly 15 years in enterprise SaaS, Davide will bring together Professional Services and Partners, Support, post-merger integration, strategic programs, and quality under one mission: make every customer experience with Trace One faster, smoother, and more rewarding. His focus is the everyday excellence customers feel — shorter implementations, stronger support, and the confidence that comes from working with a partner who delivers.

Thomas Bouttier — Chief Sales Officer

Thomas Bouttier joins as Chief Sales Officer to accelerate Trace One's international growth, across EMEA, North America, and beyond. He will bring Marketing, New Business teams across these regions, and Presales together behind one ambition: to put Trace One's platform — and the productivity, compliance, and sustainability gains it unlocks — in the hands of more grocery retailers and process manufacturers building tomorrow's consumer brands.

Why this matters

The changes come at a pivotal moment for the food & beverage, cosmetics, and chemicals industries. Retailers and process manufacturers alike face rapidly rising regulation across EMEA, the US, and beyond, growing consumer expectations, and a shift toward AI-enabled product development. Trace One's platform already brings AI-powered data extraction and regulatory intelligence into the heart of product development. This new leadership team is how the company brings that value to more customers, more deeply, across more markets.

"Anne-Marie, Davide, and Thomas each bring something distinct, and together they help us deliver on a simple promise," Tourpin added. "Trace One is at our customers' side at every step of their journey — and we intend to earn that place every day."
