Bestseller Fashion Group China (BFGC) has selected Centric Software to provide its product lifecycle management (PLM) software. BFGC markets clothing and accessories in more than 6,000 stores in China, under four Bestseller brands (Only, Jack & Jones, Vero Moda and Selected) as well as the independent J. Lindeberg brand. The company will use the Centric PLM software for apparel, retail, footwear, luxury and consumer goods companies to support growth, further optimize product development, and improve supply chain processes, according to Dan Friis, CEO of BFGC. The purchase highlights Centric’s stated plans for Asian expansion. In July, the company closed on $24 million in growth capital financing.
