Capgemini: Full-year 2025 results

The Board of Directors of Capgemini SE, chaired by Paul Hermelin, convened on February 12, 2026 in Paris to review and adopt the accounts of the Capgemini Group for the year ended December 31, 2025. Sandvik has signed an agreement to acquire ThoroughTec Simulation (ThoroughTec), a South Africa–based leading provider of equipment simulators and simulator-based training for the global mining industry.
